My name is Leslie Singleton. I graduated from the University of Central Oklahoma for a bachelors in Elementary Education. My career in education started back in 1998 as an elementary teacher in Las Vegas, Nevada. While teaching in Las Vegas, I went back to school to get my Masters in School Counseling. I also taught in Frazier Park Schools and DiGiorgio Schools in California. When we moved back to Oklahoma in 2007 I started my career as a counselor at West Field Elementary School. During that time I graduated with my 2nd masters from OU in Organizational Leadership. I continued counseling and moved up to Cimarron Middle School, then made the move to Boulevard Academy. I absolutely love being a counselor! I want to help students be the best they can be and prepare them for the future!
When not at school I love spending time with my family. My husband Scott is a professor at UCO and Tegan attends North High School. We also have 3 dogs, Cliff, Nora, and Alex. We love road trips and movie nights.
